"Taylor Swifts Eras" Original Mixed Media Painting

I met Caity the day we went to look at our home on the market. She was so sweet that I told her I couldn't wait to be neighbors.
At this point we hadn't even put an offer in. But the universe has a funny way of working out.
We got the home and Caity and I became neighbors. I never expected how close we would grow in such a short period of time.
I knew God had heard my prayers and sent me a best friend who was in the same phase of life as me. Who understood how I was feeling, made me feel valid and never judged me.
I am so thankful for Caity's friendship especially at a time where I felt so lost.
I painted this piece for Caity's unending love of Taylor Swift. For the fact that Taylor's music makes her feel valid and not judged either.
I wanted her to know that same love and appreciation I felt for her as she felt for Taylor.
I painted it bright and happy because that's what she brought into my life.
